The Magic Valley Region is no longer a well kept secret! As a major producer of agricultural commodities with a 140-day growing season, many of the nation's top food processors, including Lamb Weston, Falls Brand Meats, Coors, Seneca Foods, Amalgamated Sugar, and Glanbia Foods, operate in the region and Twin Falls serves as the business/retail hub for the area.

The area is also known for its unique geological features including the Snake River Canyon and the 212 foot Shoshone Falls, as well as the nationally renowned Sun Valley Ski Resort, providing a host of recreational opportunities unlike any in the state of Idaho.

The Magic Valley Region accounts for approximately 13% of the overall population (1.4 Million) in Idaho and over one-half of Idaho?s annual growth rate of 1.8%, which continues to outpace the national rate of 1.24%. Magic Valley Mall offers a unique retail opportunity unlike any in the region.
